BAS / Controls Project Manager

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced BAS / Controls Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for managing BAS and DDC controls projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage BAS/controls projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate technicians, engineers, vendors, and commissioning teams
• Track schedules, job costs, materials, and change orders
• Oversee submittals, installation sequencing, startup, and commissioning
• Maintain communication with project teams, clients, and field personnel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BAS/controls project management experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls and DDC systems
• Experience with Niagara, Siemens, JCI, Honeywell, or Schneider platforms
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and control sequences
• Strong communication and field coordination skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; ERP/project software experience is a plus
