Position Details
- Pay: $23.00–$27.00/hr.
- Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM–1:00 AM

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in three-phase power systems and control circuits to minimize equipment downtime.
- Inspect, replace, and maintain gaskets and other mechanical components to ensure optimal machine performance and safety.
- Safely climb ladders and access elevated equipment for inspections, repairs, and installations.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities and respond to emergency repair needs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on equipment status, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements while performing maintenance tasks.
- Work overtime as needed to support continuous manufacturing operations and production needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of an electrical maintenance apprenticeship or technical training program.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or commercial laundry environment with 24/7 operations.
- Strong knowledge of three-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and industrial electrical components.
- Experience working with three-phase electrical systems is required.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts; previous certification is helpful but not required. Training and certification are provided.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work safely in confined spaces.
Desired Skills
- Gasket installation and replacement experience.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Experience with conveyor systems and industrial pumps in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automated control systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems maintenance, including gasket replacement and alignment procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime to support production needs.
- Basic welding or fabrication skills.
