This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving multi-million dollar sales deals while being part of a company that values integrity, innovation, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities with a focus on MSP, RPO, or VMS solutions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with large national accounts.
  • Engage with decision-makers at all levels, including procurement, HR, supply chain directors, and executives.
  • Proactively hunt for new clients through cold calling and innovative outreach strategies.
  • Deliver customized workforce solutions that align with client needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with a track record of success in staffing or workforce solutions.
  • Proven ability to close multi-million dollar deals and grow accounts.
  • true hunter who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing national accounts.
  • Ability to engage C-suite executives and decision-makers.

Total compensation: $190,000 - $250,000
