As a Field Supervisor, you’ll be a critical part of ensuring our teams operate efficiently, professionally, and safely while delivering exceptional service to our customers. 💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control checks and oversee crew routing and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.
- Maintain vehicle upkeep and ensure compliance with OSHA safety guidelines.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer interactions, resolving issues professionally.
- Mentor and train field employees and oversee sub-contractor crews.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience supervising crews in a construction or related field.
- Knowledge of aerial and underground cable/fiber construction practices.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test and MVR check.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
Expectations:
- Be in the field 80% of the time, working in all weather conditions.
- Available for occasional on-call duties and some weekends.
- Resolve customer issues politely and professionally.
💰 Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000/year
