Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift | Approximately 10-hour shifts

Job Overview

Superior Skilled Trades is partnered with a company seeking experienced, dependable, and safety-conscious CDL A Route Delivery Drivers to join its team in Shelbyville, KY.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers who take pride in safe driving, reliable deliveries, and outstanding customer service. The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting healthcare linen products to medical facilities, maintaining established delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to pick up and deliver healthcare linen products to medical facilities along assigned routes.

• Load, unload, push, and pull laundry carts as required.

• Maintain excellent attendance and meet established delivery schedules.

• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.

• Complete required daily and weekly paperwork accurately and on time.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team members.

• Cross-train on additional routes as needed to support operational demands.

• Assist with transporting equipment for maintenance and repairs when necessary.

• Remain flexible to work additional hours or occasional weekends based on delivery needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).

• Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience.

• Clean driving record in accordance with company standards.

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements.

• Ability to work second-shift hours, including nights and occasional weekends.

• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
