Pay: $120-150k
Schedule: Mon – Fri (7 am -4 pm)

Overview:
The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing shop floor employees that perform a variety of aerospace manufacturing processes. The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the entire production timeline, from input to finished product or service. One of the primary roles of operations manager is to optimize day-to-day activities and streamline workflows to enhance profitability. Additionally, they analyze and improve operational processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.

- Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
- Troubleshoot problems with parts and equipment.
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are always followed.
- Oversee production methods and look for improvements.
- Coordinate several products simultaneously.
- Strong verbal communication and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to read blueprints and operation sheets.
- Excellent organizational skills to be able to monitor the production process.
- Ability to act decisively and solve personnel or equipment related problems.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines.
- Experience in a machine shop environment, preferably with leadership experience.
- Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude
