We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Inside Residential Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Raleigh, NC
Overview of role:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, helping them understand the company’s electrical services, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process. You’ll play a key role in building trust with customers, generating sales, and supporting the overall growth of the company. Travel is around the triangle area (Greensboro, Raleigh, & Durham)
Pay: $70-80K plus commission

Key Responsibilities for Inside Residential sales Representative:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from residential customers.
- Educate customers on company services, pricing, and value propositions.
- Generate quotes, prepare proposals, and follow up sales.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with field electricians and technicians.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with management to meet sales goals and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of electrical or residential services is a plus but not required (training provided).
