We are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager for a direct hire role with a Commercial HVAC/R and plumbing Mechanical Contractor in Tempe, AZ
Pay: 90,000-110,000 per year depending on experience

Responsibilities for Plumbing Project Manager:
- Review engineering drawings, submittals, and plumbing schematics to plan project execution.
- Create detailed schedules, manpower plans, and material takeoffs.
- Oversee installation of domestic water systems, DWV systems, medical gas (if applicable), hydronic piping, gas piping, storm systems, and specialty systems.
- Budget & Cost Control
- Track project costs, change orders, and labor hours to maintain budget compliance.
- Ensure compliance with IPC, UPC, local amendments, OSHA, and project-specific QA/QC.
- Prepare documentation required for inspections and project closeout.
- Enforce safety protocols and support a culture of proactive hazard mitigation.
- Resolve design conflicts, field issues, and coordination clashes with other trades.
- Anticipate schedule risks and adjust sequencing as necessary.
- Maintain daily logs, progress reports, RFI submissions, and meeting documentation.
- Run weekly coordination meetings with foremen and site leadership.
- Serve as main point of contact for plumbing-related project matters.
Qualifications for Plumbing Project Manage:
- 7+ Years of experience in Plumbing.
- Successful completion of High School Diploma or GED.
- Organized individual able to handle timelines and deadlines.
- Experience in project management.
