Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join the team in Weston, WI. This role is responsible for performing installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems across residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is a licensed plumber with strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work from blueprints, and experience collaborating with project leadership to complete jobs safely and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform skilled plumbing work including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
  • Collaborate with the Plumbing Foreman and Master Plumbers to execute project work efficiently
  • Operate plumbing tools and equipment in a safe and effective manner
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Provide general labor and support assistance on facility maintenance and project tasks as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas on job sites
  • Document completed work and communicate progress as required

Required Qualifications

  • Active Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber license (required)
  • Proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial plumbing
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety standards
  • Experience using plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
