Concrete Paving Operator – Direct Hire Opportunity

Various Project Locations (Travel Required)

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Paving Operator with at least 3 years of experience operating paving machines. This role is responsible for the safe setup, operation, and maintenance of concrete pavers, while assisting crews to ensure projects are completed to specifications, on time, and safely.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maintain concrete paving equipment

• Perform daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance

• Assist paving crew with site prep and concrete placement as needed

• Work closely with supervisors, QC, and plant operators to ensure quality results

• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures

• Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends based on project needs

• Willingness to travel to various job sites, including military bases
  
   

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Concrete Paving Operator (slipform preferred)

• Experience with other heavy equipment (dozers, loaders, backhoes) a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of concrete layouts, form setting, and pours

• Valid driver’s license required (must pass background check for military base access)

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in all outdoor conditions
