Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic for an ASAP Start in Sullivan's Island, SC.

LOTS OF OVERTIME!

• PAY: $28-$34 (based upon experience)
• HOURS: Shifts will be 12-hour days starting at 7 AM
• SCHEDULE: Work will be Monday-Friday; approximately 60 hours per week
• START DATE: ASAP
• DURATION: Temporary to Permanent

Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic Job Description:

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications for Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic. 3 to 5 years minimum experience in heavy equipment.
• Experience with heavy equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have PPE

Additional Requirements for Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
