• PAY: $22-$32/hour (based upon experience)
• HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40 hours/ week)
• SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am – 4:00pm
• START DATE: ASAP

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Plumber to join our team. This role requires mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with plumbing installations and repairs, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a NEW APARTMENT COMPLEX BUILD.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with HVAC technicians and carpenters on integrated projects that require plumbing expertise.
• Weld pipes as necessary for specific installations or repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial plumbing experience.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing are preferred but not required.
