Job Title: Maintenance Lead
Pay Range: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
Location: Rural Hall, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift with occasional mid-shift support

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Lead, you’ll take ownership of our facility’s maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing production downtime. You'll lead by example, mentor your team, and keep everything running smoothly—from preventative maintenance to emergency troubleshooting.
What You'll Do:
Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities on production equipment
Execute and monitor preventive maintenance programs across all systems
Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Ensure documentation is completed accurately in maintenance tracking systems
Support a culture of continuous improvement and machine optimization
Prioritize safety and enforce OSHA and company safety standards
Communicate effectively with production and leadership teams
Assist across multiple shifts when needed to ensure full coverage
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Plant Manager
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience in a lead or senior technician role preferred
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable using diagnostic tools, meters, and common power tools
Basic knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, welding, and HVAC
Computer-literate and able to complete reports accurately
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced setting
Experience with conveyor systems and robotics is a strong plus
