  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to grow a top-tier team of field electricians and technicians.

  • Establish and maintain an electrical apprenticeship program with a focus on inclusivity and skill-building.

  • Deliver performance reviews, feedback, and professional development opportunities to your team.

  • Identify gaps in training, tools, or procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the field organization.

  • At least 8 years of residential electrical installation experience

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience managing field electricians

  • Strong background in EV charging, home energy storage, and electrification technologies

  • Willingness to travel 25–30% nationally to support installation hubs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for training, mentorship, and team development

  • Experience creating or delivering educational programs on national/regional electrical codes

  • Familiarity with systems and tools that boost team performance and operational efficiency

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Effective problem-solver and critical thinker with a growth mindset

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities

Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive salary: $100,000 – $130,000 annually

  • Equity opportunities

  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance

  • 401(k)

  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
