Seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent with wastewater treatment plant experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a well-established electrical company specializing in industrial projects in Port St. Lucie, FL!
Salary is $40 - $50/hour must have wastewater experience

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians and electrical technicians on industrial projects.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, safety regulations, and electrical codes.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
- Prepare project progress and safety reports.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in industrial electrical work.
- Proven supervisory experience in a foreman or superintendent role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Clean driving record, with CDL preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, Electrical Journeyman License) preferred.
