We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative, preferrable with a foundation in electrical engineering to support sales operations. This role is with one of the fastest-growing industrial electrical service contractors in the nation, known for delivering high-quality transformer maintenance, electrical testing, electrical construction and distribution system solutions.
Pay: $90-120 plus commission
Schedule: M-F (8 am – 5 pm)
Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representative:
After a minimum of 1 year in the Inside Sales role, qualified candidates will be considered for transition into an Outside Sales Representative position, with expanded responsibilities in client relationship management, field visits, and strategic account development.

Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representative:
- Prepare and deliver professional quotes, proposals, and scopes of work for electrical services.
- Collaborate with engineering and field teams to ensure accurate technical details in proposals.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Support Outside Sales team with lead qualification, scheduling, and documentation.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and services
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Self-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
