We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor who can manage and support field crews on multifaceted projects, including new construction, retrofits, and remodels—primarily within large facilities and correctional environments. This role is approximately 75–80% field-based and 20–25% administrative, with significant on-site leadership and travel.

Pay: $30 - $35/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor field crews on construction projects within correctional facilities.
- Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform hands-on tasks as needed, including welding and the use of hand tools such as grinders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot site issues and provide timely solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation.
- 5+ years of experience supervising field crews on complex or multifaceted construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct and motivate teams.
- Proven experience managing project budgets and timelines.
- Proficiency in welding and use of common construction tools (e.g., grinders).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel to job sites as required.
