Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Service Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity supporting a global physical security operations team. This role focuses on managing service calls and tickets for critical security systems, ensuring timely issue resolution and communication across departments.


Position Overview

As a Security Service Coordinator, you will oversee the full lifecycle of service requests — from creation and triage through assignment and closure. You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and alarm center teams to ensure smooth handling of security system service needs, applying technical troubleshooting skills and strong communication to maintain operational excellence.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in physical security system support, customer service, and issue management who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end service ticket process, ensuring prompt response, accurate documentation, and efficient closure.

  • Triage and assign incoming service calls to the appropriate engineering team based on priority and technical requirements.

  • Provide Level 1 support, troubleshooting and resolving routine system issues independently when possible.

  • Analyze service trends and escalate recurring or critical issues following established escalation protocols.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors when external assistance is required, maintaining accountability and follow-up.

  • Maintain clear communication between Operations, Security, and Local Alarm Center Teams during incident resolution.

  • Manage user access and account administration, including activation, deactivation, and password resets.

  • Oversee inventory and stock access to ensure compliance with company policy and proper documentation.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall site operations.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Lenel Advanced Administrator certification and programming experience required.

  • Milestone certification and relevant technical experience preferred.

  • Previous experience in a security systems service or support role, with strong break/fix and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to superior customer service.

  • General understanding of IT networks, computer systems, and Microsoft applications.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and teamwork mindset.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Industry certifications in Lenel and Milestone systems strongly preferred.


Schedule & Work Environment

  • 100% Onsite position – supporting operations on a rotational shift roster (24/7 coverage).

  • Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the rotation.
