Job Leader / Superintendent – Exterior Restoration

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Job Leader / Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity supporting high-rise exterior restoration projects throughout Florida. This is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract specifications.

This position focuses on exterior concrete restoration, waterproofing, and façade repair projects rather than new construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for multiple exterior restoration projects

• Manage 3–5 concurrent projects and supervise 20–30 field personnel

• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics

• Direct work involving swing stages, scaffolding, and high-access equipment

• Monitor manpower, productivity, and scheduling to meet project timelines

• Identify and resolve field issues proactively

• Ensure all work complies with contract documents and safety standards

• Coordinate equipment deliveries and jobsite access logistics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Job Leader in exterior restoration or specialty construction

• Experience with high-rise concrete restoration, waterproofing, and façade repair

• Knowledge of SIKA waterproofing systems, concrete repair mortars, and exterior coating systems

• Experience managing multiple crews and complex access conditions

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Work Environment

• Active outdoor construction sites

• Work at heights using scaffolding and swing stage systems

• Physically active role requiring climbing, lifting, and navigating construction environments
