Rigger – Data Center Construction

Location: Sterling,Virginia
Pay: 30-40hr 
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 50–55 hours/week
Position Type: Direct Hire

We are hiring experienced Riggers for large-scale data center construction projects in Sterling, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing mission-critical construction team supporting complex lifts and heavy equipment operations on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and efficient rigging operations on construction sites
• Inspect rigging gear and equipment prior to use
• Assist with load handling, signaling, and material placement
• Work closely with crane operators and site crews
• Follow OSHA regulations and all site safety procedures
• Support daily construction activities in fast-paced environments

Required Qualifications

• NCCCO Rigger Certification
• NCCCO Signal Person Certification
• OSHA 30 preferred
  (Candidates with strong rigging experience and NCCCO certifications will still be considered without OSHA 30.)

Preferred Experience

• Data center or commercial construction experience
• Experience working around cranes and heavy equipment
• Strong understanding of rigging safety standards
• Ability to work overtime as needed
