Foreman – Exterior Restoration – Direct Hire

Location: Northern territory is from Clearwater, Tampa, St pete down to Port Charlotte FL. Includes all the surrounding island towns as well
Work Environment: High-rise exterior restoration sites
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Travel: Regional travel within North Florida

Position Overview

Superior Skilled Trades is partnered with a state‑certified general contractor that specializes in exterior remediation and restoration services, particularly for condominium and commercial properties throughout Florida, to identify an experienced Foreman / Job Leader for exterior restoration projects. This is a hands-on field leadership role focused on high-rise concrete restoration, waterproofing, and façade repair. The ideal candidate will have experience leading multiple crews, managing jobsite logistics, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for multiple exterior restoration projects
• Manage 3–5 concurrent projects and supervise 20–30 field personnel
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
• Direct work involving swing stages, scaffolding, and high-access equipment
• Monitor manpower, productivity, and scheduling to meet project timelines
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively
• Ensure all work complies with contract documents and safety standards
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and jobsite access

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years as a Foreman or Job Leader in exterior restoration or specialty construction
• Experience with high-rise concrete restoration, waterproofing, and façade repair
• Knowledge of SIKA waterproofing systems, concrete repair mortars, and exterior coating systems
• Experience managing multiple crews and complex access conditions
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with swing stages, scaffolding, and high-access equipment
• Ability to proactively troubleshoot field issues
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards in high-rise restoration

Compensation

Pay Range: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
