- Shift Time: Mon- Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Pay: $25-30/H based on experience.
Job Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant:
- Responsible for general front desk and admin duties.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Processing customer phone orders
- Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently.
- Must have experience performing most of the functions.
- Prior inside sales/customer service experience
- Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking, and customer focus is required.
