Seeking an Admin Assistant  for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a top-tier industrial pump repair company in Phoenix, AZ

  • Shift Time: Mon- Friday 8 am to 5 pm
  • Pay: $25-30/H based on experience. 

Job Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant
  • Responsible for general front desk and admin duties.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
  • Processing customer phone orders
  • Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
  • Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
  • Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently.
  • Must have experience performing most of the functions.
  • Prior inside sales/customer service experience
  • Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking, and customer focus is required.
