Electrical Lead

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an Electrical Lead for commercial projects in the Tampa Bay, FL area

• PAY: $29-$32/hour (based upon experience)
• HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (possible Overtime)
• SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday- Friday; 7:00 am-4:00 pm
• START DATE: ASAP
• Duration: temp to permanent

Electrical Lead Job Description:

We are looking for an electrical lead man capable of running a crew and assisting with bending and running conduit, pulling wire, and installing light fixtures. Must be able to wire panels, terminate, and troubleshoot.

Qualifications for Electrical Lead:

• 3+ years of electrical lead man experience in a commercial setting.
• Assist the Foreman in supervising and directing electricians
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Ensure proper installation of electrical systems per NEC codes
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain job site efficiency
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
• Uphold safety standards and company policies
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting
• Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
• Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Must have PPE including steel toe work boots, hard hat, gloves, high visibility vest, and protective eyeglasses.
• Must have standard electrical hand tools.

Additional Requirements for Electrical lead:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
