📍 Nashville, TN Area (Local Projects Only)
💰 $80,000 – $115,000 Base Salary

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Estimator with 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and proficiency in Trimble software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed and accurate plumbing estimates

  • Review plans, specs, and bid documents to define scope

  • Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs

  • Submit competitive bids and support negotiations

  • Collaborate with project managers on cost controls

  • Conduct site visits as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods & building codes

  • Proficient in estimating software (Trimble preferred)

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints/specifications

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
