Senior Project Manager / Estimator
Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Estimator to lead and support commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for both estimating and project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents
  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Develop scopes of work and manage change orders
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction (HVAC, piping, or plumbing)
  • Experience in both project management and estimating
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with estimating and project management software
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
