Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company protocols.
• Perform vehicle and equipment inspections, review dash camera footage, and monitor PPE use.
• Correct unsafe work practices in real-time and coach team members on best practices.
• Train and mentor field employees on safety procedures to minimize risk.
• Maintain accurate records, complete job site inspection forms, and contribute to safety reporting.

• Spend 80% of your time in the field, working in diverse environments and all weather conditions.
• Take charge during occasional emergency on-call situations and some weekend shifts.
• Communicate confidently with employees about safety concerns and enforce compliance.
• Make fast, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• 3+ years of field experience in cable TV, fiber optics, or related industries.
• Passion for safety and a desire to transition into a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Formal safety training or certifications (OSHA or equivalent) preferred but not required—willing to train motivated candidates!

• Pay: $50,000–$65,000 per year.
