We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker for a Direct Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will build, repair, and modify molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and tooling using blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities
Build and repair molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
Operate mills, lathes, grinders, drills, saws, and measuring tools.
Work with aluminum, tool steels, stainless steel, brass, copper, plastics, and phenolics.
Complete machining processes including milling, drilling, grinding, heat treating, and EDM.
Plan and complete projects efficiently and cost-effectively.
Work with engineers on tooling changes and fixture builds.
Maintain quality standards and eliminate non-conformance issues.
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Certified Tool & Die apprenticeship required.
Journeyman’s Certificate preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math.
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to safely operate machinery and tools.
Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Able to work overtime as needed.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting.
Exposure to noise, heat, dust, fumes, and machinery.
Repetitive hand and arm movements throughout shift.
Required PPE includes hearing and eye protection.
