Branch Manager – Landscaping & Operations
Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 + Performance Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a growing landscaping branch. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing branch operations, financial performance, employees, customers, and field production across landscape maintenance, hardscape, and snow removal operations.
The Branch Manager will have full responsibility for driving profitable growth, maintaining operational efficiency, developing employees, and ensuring high-quality service for customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all branch operations, including landscape maintenance, hardscape, and snow removal
- Own branch profit & loss (P&L) and financial performance
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and operational goals
- Monitor job profitability, labor costs, equipment costs, and production
- Lead, manage, and develop field crews, supervisors, and administrative staff
- Ensure projects and recurring services are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Oversee scheduling, manpower, equipment, materials, and resource allocation
- Maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential customers
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand branch services
- Assist with estimating, pricing, proposals, and contract development
- Oversee hardscape installation and snow removal operations
- Manage seasonal staffing and operational planning
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations
- Establish performance expectations and hold teams accountable for results
- Work closely with ownership and senior leadership on branch strategy and growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, landscape operations, or a related industry
- Previous management experience with responsibility for teams and operations
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance, hardscape, and/or snow removal
- Proven experience managing budgets and P&L
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple crews, projects, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, and operational planning preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
- Valid driver's license
