BAS / Controls Project Manager

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced BAS / Controls Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for managing BAS and DDC controls projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage BAS/controls projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate technicians, engineers, vendors, and commissioning teams
- Track schedules, job costs, materials, and change orders
- Oversee submittals, installation sequencing, startup, and commissioning
- Maintain communication with project teams, clients, and field personnel
Qualifications
- 5+ years of BAS/controls project management experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls and DDC systems
- Experience with Niagara, Siemens, JCI, Honeywell, or Schneider platforms
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and control sequences
- Strong communication and field coordination skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; ERP/project software experience is a plus
