Service Technician - Concrete

Ephrata, PA - Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician for a direct hire, long-term opportunity in Ephrata, PA
Pay: $25-30/h depending on experience or let us know what you desire.
Shift: Mon -Fri (8 am to 5 pm)
Travel: To local homes and construction sites

Overview of Duties: Performs Service & Warranty work on Superior Walls in addition to inspections on installed product and the site application. Also provides guidance to customers both before and post installation. This is a safety sensitive position involving the use of power tools and equipment.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Regularly communicates with builders, homeowners, and engineers regarding Service and Warranty work.
  • Schedules appointments for and performs site Service/Warranty work.
  • Performs site inspections and makes recommendations for service.
  • Schedules subcontractors when necessary.
  • Coordinates with Install Manager, Production Manager, and Operations team members when necessary to accomplish specific service work.
  • Drilling, cutting, grinding, grouting, sealing of concrete products.
  • Post installation inspections.
  • Performs additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experienced in or demonstrates knowledge of:
  • Reading, understanding, and following construction drawings;
  • Reading tape measure precisely in construction environment
  • Understands and calculates construction math problems.
  • Experience in residential and commercial construction, with preference given to experience with concrete.
  • High school diploma or its equivalent (relevant work experience may be substituted for educational requirement).
  • Possess a current/valid driver’s license with a clean MVR in order to operate our company vehicles
