This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving multi-million dollar sales deals while being part of a company that values integrity, innovation, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities with a focus on MSP, RPO, or VMS solutions.
- Develop and manage relationships with large national accounts.
- Engage with decision-makers at all levels, including procurement, HR, supply chain directors, and executives.
- Proactively hunt for new clients through cold calling and innovative outreach strategies.
- Deliver customized workforce solutions that align with client needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of sales experience, with a track record of success in staffing or workforce solutions.
- Proven ability to close multi-million dollar deals and grow accounts.
- A true hunter who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing national accounts.
- Ability to engage C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Total compensation: $190,000 - $250,000
