Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Rockledge, FL team! You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades professionals for select high profile clients. We’re looking for someone with established sourcing and recruiting experience, impeccable customer service skills, and one who can adjust to new demands throughout the work week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish
Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Qualifications
2+ years recruiting experience
Strong sourcing skills
Ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
