Construction Lead – Direct Hire

Location: Palm Beach County, FL

We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee and coordinate new construction and home repair projects in Palm Beach County, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on project timelines, resource management, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with long-term career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, timelines, and resource allocation for both new construction and home repair projects.
  • Lead project teams, including staff, volunteers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct site assessments for repair feasibility and recommend necessary improvements.
  • Provide project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management.
  • 3+ years of hands-on construction experience in South Florida.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Details:

  • Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
  • Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
  • Schedule: Day shift, with occasional evenings and weekends
