Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance
- Assist with estimating and cost analysis as part of project lifecycle
- Support bid preparation and review project scopes and specifications
- Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience
- Strong interest in learning and developing estimating skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
