Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a growing manufacturing team in Hartland, WI. This first-shift position is responsible for installing, wiring, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems on production equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure while supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, wire, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to keep manufacturing operations running efficiently.
• Maintain a "fix it right the first time" approach to repairs and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician level experience.
• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, controls, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical code manuals and technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
