Seeking an Order Management Specialist for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a top-tier industrial pump repair company in Phoenix, AZ

Shift Time: Mon- Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Pay: $25-30/H based on experience.
Job Responsibilities for Order Management Specialist :
Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
Processing customer phone orders
Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
Quoting prices, filling order to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
Shipping and Receiving
Data entry, entering sale orders, POs, and Invoicing
Qualifications for Order Management Specialist:
2 plus years’ experience with order management such as processing orders to tracking and delivery
Experience with P21, SAP, Infor M3 or Sage.is highly required
Excellent communication skills
Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
Prior inside sales/customer service experience
Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
Drive forklift
