We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Inside Residential Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Raleigh, NC
Overview of role: In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, helping them understand the company’s electrical services, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process. You’ll play a key role in building trust with customers, generating sales, and supporting the overall growth of the company. Travel is around the triangle area (Greensboro, Raleigh, & Durham)
Pay: $70-80K plus commission

Key Responsibilities for Inside Residential sales Representative:
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from residential customers.
Educate customers on company services, pricing, and value propositions.
Generate quotes, prepare proposals, and follow up sales.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with field electricians and technicians.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM system.
Collaborate with management to meet sales goals and identify opportunities for growth.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
Qualifications for Inside Residential Sales Representative:
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center environment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once.
Comfortable working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a result-driven attitude.
Knowledge of electrical or residential services is a plus but not required (training provided).
