Data Analyst

NC - Austin, TX - Full Time

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Data Analyst to support our client’s Payroll and Finance departments in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to drive impactful improvements through data and AI integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and assess existing AI tools related to Payroll and Finance

  • Assist in audits and validation of large data sets and reporting

  • Gain a deep understanding of existing policies and procedures

  • Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for AI integration

  • Develop and deliver reports requested by clients and internal staff

  • Create tracking mechanisms for frequently requested data items

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis and/or a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or related field

  • Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)

  • Experience auditing and analyzing large data sets (5,000+ rows)

  • Knowledgeable in AI tools with hands-on implementation experience

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and reporting skills
