The QA/QC Manager is responsible for leading quality-control activities within the company's modular offsite construction operation. This role manages the QC team, maintains required state licensing documentation, and works closely with processing engineers and shop personnel to ensure manufacturing and electrical processes meet established quality requirements. The position offers an opportunity to support the advancement of the construction industry through modular offsite construction while working in a stable, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage and provide leadership to the QC team, establishing priorities, monitoring quality activities, and supporting consistent execution of quality requirements
Maintain required state licensing documentation and manual licensing requirements, ensuring records remain accurate, current, and organized
Work closely with processing engineers and shop personnel to monitor processing activities and support quality throughout the modular manufacturing operation
Review shop processes and delivered materials to identify quality concerns, deficiencies, and opportunities for corrective action
Support quality-control activities involving modular construction and electrical systems, with electrical experience considered highly valuable
Track quality activities, documentation, and project information using tracking applications, iPad/tablet technology, and Microsoft Office
Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and established quality standards when reviewing electrical and modular work
Identify quality issues, communicate findings, and coordinate appropriate follow-up to maintain production and quality expectations
Provide leadership, training, and guidance to QC personnel while promoting consistent quality practices
Travel to other sites as needed to inspect delivered materials, investigate quality concerns, or provide QC support
Work independently while also collaborating effectively with engineers, QC personnel, shop teams, and management
