Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Charlotte, NC area. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong commercial plumbing experience who is also interested in growing into estimating and preconstruction responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance
• Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and cost analysis as needed
• Maintain clear communication with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Track project progress and proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing project management experience
• Strong interest in learning and developing estimating skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
