Service Coordinator

Seeking a Service Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a top-tier industrial pump repair company in Phoenix, AZ

  • Shift Time: Mon- Friday 8 am to 5 pm
  • Pay: $25-30/H based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Technicians
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
  • Processing customer phone orders
  • Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
  • Quoting prices, filling order to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
  • Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Data entry, entering sale orders, POs, and Invoicing
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years’ experience customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
  • Prior inside sales/customer service experience
  • Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
  • Drive forklift
