Senior Fabricator

Senior Fabricator – 1st Shift (Direct Hire Opportunity)

We are currently seeking a Senior Fabricator to join a growing team in a direct hire opportunity with an established company recognized as a leader in the air pollution control industry. This is a 1st shift role offering a great work environment and the chance to grow with a strong, stable organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform welding, fabrication, grinding, and metal prep work

• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, man lifts, and other shop equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints

• Support and guide less experienced fabricators

• Inspect fabrication work to ensure it meets quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Occasionally assist with general labor, assembly, and driving company vehicles/trailers

• Suggest design improvements and contribute to project planning

Knowledge of operating the following fabrication machines is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right candidate:

• Iron worker

• Press brake

• Shear

• Sheet/plate rolling machines

• CNC saw

• CNC plasma table

Qualifications:

• Technical or Associate degree in welding, or equivalent hands-on experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid math skills (especially fraction-to-decimal conversion)

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

• Valid driver's license
