Senior Welder/Fabricator – Direct Hire Opportunity

📍 Poughkeepsie, NY

We are seeking a skilled Senior Welder/Fabricator to join a growing fabrication shop in Poughkeepsie, NY. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity for a professional who takes pride in precision welding and fabrication.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG/TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum

• Read and follow blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings

• Build and fit complex assemblies with minimal supervision

• Verify weld quality and meet internal and customer standards

• Support junior welders and collaborate with engineering and quality teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of welding and fabrication experience

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding across multiple positions

• Ability to work with tight tolerances and fabrication best practices

• Familiarity with ASME/AWS code work a plus

• Strong measuring, layout, and blueprint reading skills

Pay & Benefits
