Mechanical/HVAC Foreman

Seeking a Mechanical/HVAC Foreman  for a direct hire opportunity. This is a remote opportunity that will require travel nationwide.

Pay is between $35 - $44 per hour (based on experience)

The Mechanical/HVAC Foreman plans, coordinates, and supervises crews performing new construction and remodeling projects. This position ensures project tasks are executed safely, on time, and in accordance with specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate work of mechanical craft employees
• Assign tasks based on priorities and employee skillsets
• Train and mentor crew members
• Review and interpret contracts, blueprints, and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and administrators on daily operations
• Monitor and manage construction progress to meet deadlines
• Conduct inspections and ensure work meets design standards
• Resolve jobsite issues and provide technical guidance
• Communicate with project stakeholders as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or project coordination
• Strong computer, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of all phases of construction and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with materials, tools, machines, and labor costs
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
• Proficient in blueprint reading and specification interpretation
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
