Seeking Concrete Laborers for a direct hire role in Rosendale, WI with a growing industrial concrete construction company specializing in large concrete tanks, digesters, waste storage structures, lagoons, and other agricultural infrastructure projects across the Midwest and United States. Key Responsibilities for Concrete Laborer:
Assist with construction of reinforced concrete structures including tanks, walls, and foundations.
Setting and stripping concrete forms
Placing and tying reinforcing steel (rebar)
Pouring and finishing concrete
Installing waterstop and embedded items
General jobsite labor and material handling
Operate power tools and construction equipment safely
Assist with formwork installation
Preferred Experience
Concrete construction experience
Experience setting forms
Rebar installation and tying
Concrete finishing
Operating equipment such as:
Skid loaders Telehandlers General construction equipment
Experience using power tools and concrete tools

Pay Structure
Entry-Level Laborer: $23 – $25 per hour
Experienced Laborer: $25 – $29 per hour
Key Employee / Lead Laborer: $30 – $35 per hour
A key employee is a highly experienced concrete worker who provides leadership on the crew but may not be a foreman.
Weekly overtime opportunities are common.
Travel:
Local Projects Approximately 60% of our work is within driving distance of our shop in Rosendale, WI. Employees meet at the shop and travel to job sites in company vehicles each day.
Semi-Local Projects For jobs more than 1.5 hours from the shop, employees may stay in hotels during the work week (typically Monday through Friday).
Long-Distance Projects For projects several hours away or out of state, employees may stay out of town for up to 2–3 weeks at a time before returning home.
Transportation is provided using company vehicles.
Per Diem Employees receive a $50 per day per diem for nights spent out of town.
Company-Paid Hotel Arrangements For in-state projects employees may share hotel rooms. For longer distance projects employees typically have their own rooms.
Employees typically travel to job sites using company vehicles.
Work Schedule
Typical start time: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Typical weekly hours: 60+ hours per week
Work days: Monday through Friday
Occasional Saturdays may be required, especially during extended out-of-town projects.
Night shifts are very rare but early morning concrete pours may occur.
