Job Title: Wastewater Treatment Facility Superintendent

Job Type: Full-Time
We’re hiring a Working Superintendent to oversee maintenance and operations at water/wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations. This hands-on role involves leading field teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing daily plant activities.
We’re also open to candidates with mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) experience looking to transition into the water/wastewater field.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead field crews in performing maintenance and repairs on treatment facility equipment
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and regulatory agencies
Conduct inspections, maintain reports, and implement preventative maintenance programs
Qualifications:
5+ years in water/wastewater operations or construction
MEP experience welcome
Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Familiar with OSHA regulations and plant equipment (pumps, clarifiers, etc.)
Certification preferred but not required
