Aluminum Division Head – Direct Hire

Location: Bradenton, FL
Work Environment: Office, Fabrication Shop & Job Sites
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40+ hours per week
Travel: Regional travel required (Naples, Bradenton, Tampa/Clearwater)
Pay Range: $80,000 – $90,000 + Bonus

Position Overview

Superior Skilled Trades is partnering with a Bradenton, FL company to identify an experienced Aluminum Division Head for a direct hire opportunity. This hands-on leader will oversee aluminum operations across multiple job sites, managing field crews and fabrication support. The role emphasizes safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in aluminum systems and supports both field operations and preconstruction efforts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Field & Operations Leadership

  • Manage multiple aluminum field crews (3–8 members per crew) across active projects
  • Coordinate daily operations between field teams and fabrication shop
  • Assist with scheduling, manpower planning, and project execution

Technical Oversight

  • Perform and/or verify field measurements
  • Provide guidance on installation methods and troubleshoot field issues
  • Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and manufacturer requirements

Project & Preconstruction Support

  • Assist with project quotes, scope reviews, and estimating as needed
  • Support material planning and coordination with vendors
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule

Quality & Safety

  • Maintain high-quality standards across all installations
  • Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in aluminum systems or related construction
  • Proven experience leading field crews and/or shop operations
  • Strong knowledge of windows, doors, railings, and aluminum systems
  • Ability to read construction drawings and perform accurate field measurements
  • Exposure to estimating or project support is a plus

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel regularly within the region
  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience
Bonus: 10% of base salary (paid annually)
