Senior Estimator

💰 Salary: Up to $115,000/year

Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a Senior Estimator for a full-time direct hire opportunity. This role focuses on estimating glazing and building envelope projects, including material take-offs, budgeting, vendor pricing, and bid preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Review drawings and specifications to determine project scope
• Prepare quantity take-offs and complete project estimates
• Solicit pricing from vendors and suppliers
• Develop labor, material, and equipment budgets
• Support project handoff meetings with operations teams
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Mentor junior estimators and support team development

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in glazing or building envelope construction
• Strong understanding of construction documents and subcontractor scopes
• Experience with Bluebeam and estimating software
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
