In-House HVAC Technician
JC - Marlborough, MA - Full Time
We are seeking an In-House HVAC Technician for a direct hire opportunity in the Marlborough, MA area. This is a first-shift, on-site position (Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.).
Pay: $40 - $50 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance and service activities with the customer.
- Support and oversee onsite service technicians.
- Maintain and troubleshoot commercial HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, refrigeration systems, pumps, fans, sterilizers, and cage washers.
- Ensure compliance with EPA 608, OSHA, and all applicable safety regulations.
- Maintain required licenses and certifications.
- Provide professional customer service and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Work overtime or weekends as needed.
- Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License (required)
- EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Clean driving record
- Building Management System (BMS) or Building Automation System (BAS) experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently (up to 100 lbs. occasionally). Must be able to work safely while using required PPE and perform the physical demands of commercial HVAC service.
