Licensed 1st Grade Stationary Engineer / Boiler Operator

Monday–Friday | 3:00 AM–2:30 PM
We are seeking a Licensed 1st Grade Stationary Engineer / Boiler Operator to support daily production operations and ensure equipment remains safe, reliable, and operational. This position will focus on boiler operations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs throughout the facility.
Requirements:
1st Grade Stationary Engineer License with the City of Memphis
Previous experience with industrial maintenance and mechanical equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications
Experience using hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, calipers, and micrometers
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machinery, and other mechanical equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and identify sources of problems
Dismantle, inspect, repair, and replace defective components
Adjust and align mechanical components and control instruments
Fabricate repair parts using machine shop equipment when needed
Monitor equipment and help minimize production downtime
Maintain inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies
Document maintenance activities, repairs, issues, and ongoing needs
Follow all safety procedures, rules, and regulations
Support continuous improvement and other maintenance-related activities
